Healing Through Movement
Movement is one of the most impressive sources of healing in the journey to flourishing and wellness. Through movement you can facilitate physical and psychological healing! Though are are a plethora of possible forms of restorative movement, I will personally be encouraging and training to provide TRE (traumatic release exercises) and Dance Movement Therapy.
I truly believe that the impact of movement on flourishing is limitless both physically and psychologically.
