This is a space where your quirks aren’t just accepted, they’re understood and cherished! I work rooted in IFS and Catholic formation. Here, everyone is welcome. Therefore, neurotypical or neurospicy alike, secular or religious, geeky or not, I offer body-person coaching<\/em><\/strong> that welcomes all the parts of you, especially the ones that have felt too much or not enough. In the words of Pope St. John Paul II, we are body-persons<\/strong>. As such, we need to experience healing and flourishing without creating a dualism between the mind and the body.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
